How can I get bonus hours?
Subscribe
If you have a 30-, 180-, or 365-day subscription, you are already participating in the bonus program.
Renew on time
With a 30-day subscription, bonus hours are awarded with continuous renewal.
With 180- and 365-day subscriptions, bonus hours are awarded automatically every 30 days while the subscription is active.
Receive bonuses
With your first renewal, you will get bonus game time:
- Performance — 3 hours
- Ultimate — 4 hours
Earn bonuses
With each following subscription renewal, the bonus increases by +2 hours.
How do bonus hours work?
Bonus hours are added to the main time automatically and extend priority access.
If you haven’t used all your game hours within 30 days, a portion of the remaining time, including bonus hours, is carried over to the next period:
- Performance — up to 15 hours
- Ultimate — up to 20 hours
Any time beyond the specified limit is lost.
What happens if the subscription is not renewed on time?
For this case, we have provided a grace period. You will have 3 extra days to renew your subscription and keep your bonus hours progress.
After the grace period expires, all progress will be reset.
To protect your bonuses, we recommend enabling auto-renewal when subscribing.
