Introducing GFN Bonus — a new loyalty program for our users
How to participate in program
The program is designed for active users of the service. If you have a 30-, 180-, or 365-day Performance or Ultimate subscription, you will start receiving bonus hours for each renewal. Bonuses are credited regularly—every 30 days—as long as your subscription remains active.
How bonus accrual works:
- When you renew your subscription for the first time, you will receive a welcome bonus: 3 hours for a Performance subscription and 4 hours for an Ultimate subscription.
- With each subsequent renewal, your bonus limit increases by +2 hours.
- If you are a loyal user and have been renewing your subscription without interruption for a long time, we will credit you with bonus hours retroactively, starting from the moment you registered.
How to use and accumulate bonus time
We have made the system as convenient as possible. Bonus hours are automatically added to your playtime and can only be used once your main limit runs out.
If you have not used all your bonus hours in the past month, they will be carried over to the next period. The maximum accumulation limits are:
- Up to 15 hours for Performance subscription.
- Up to 20 hours for Ultimate subscription.
An important rule for saving progress
To keep your accumulated bonuses and continue increasing them, renew your subscription without interruption. Please note: if you miss a renewal, all bonus progress will be reset.
