How playtime works
Base time
Renewable game streaming time that is automatically provided at the beginning of each paid period on recurring plans. Base time includes 100 hours of game streaming every 30 days.
Add-on time
Time that you can buy to extend your Priority access. You can purchase as much game streaming time as you need, regardless of your current remaining game time.
Bonus time
Bonus time is awarded for renewing a subscription for 30, 180, or 365 days on any plan and extends the total playtime. The bonus is added automatically after the first renewal and grows with each following one.
To receive bonus time, it’s important to renew your subscription without interruptions. If the subscription expires, you have 3 days (grace period) to pay and keep your bonuses. If the renewal streak breaks, the bonuses start over.
Bonus time is spent the same way as base and extra time, and it can be carried over to the next period under the same conditions.
Carryover time
Any type of unused Priority hours (base, extra, carryover) can be carried over to the next 30-day period.
The maximum number of hours you can carry over depends on your plan. Performance plan users can carry over up to 15 hours to the next 30-day period, while Ultimate plan users can carry over up to 20 hours. Hours are only carried over for the most recent period and if there is a continuous renewal. Subscription will not be renewed if auto-payment is not successful.
Day Passes
Day passes are valid for one (1) consecutive 24-hour period starting at the time of purchase. Time does not carryover at the conclusion of the period. Day passes can be stacked so that users can enjoy a seamless transition of the course of multiple days. Time for subsequent passes begins at the conclusion of the previous day pass period.
