Security incident
GFN.AM (GFN CLOUD INTERNET SERVICES LLC, hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) hereby notifies the Users of the Website that, as a result of unauthorized access to the Company’s database, certain user information may have become accessible to third parties. This breach occurred on March 9, 2026, but was identified only on May 2, 2026. The data of users who registered after March 9 was not affected.
Please note that account passwords were not compromised; however, there is a possibility that third parties may have gained access to certain personal data, including:
- Email address;
- Phone number, in the case of registration through a mobile operator;
- Date of birth;
- First and last name, in the case of authorization via Google;
- GFN.AM user nickname.
Upon identifying the incident, we immediately took measures to eliminate the causes of the unauthorized access and implemented additional organizational and technical measures aimed at enhancing the security of our information systems and preventing similar situations in the future.
